Free US shipping on all orders over $200 (after discounts are applied).
Processing times vary depending on the item and when the order is placed. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to their schedule and any potential delays. ElleJay Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Returns
We do not accept returns on custom items. Since each piece is personalized specifically for you, all sales are final. Once the transaction is complete, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work toward a resolution.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. However, if there is a mistake on our part, you may return the item for a correction. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@ellejaydesignsllc.com to initiate the correction process.
